C-arm simulator
Full free play. Rotate (LAO/RAO) and angulate (CRA/CAU), choose what to inject (left or right coronary, LV gram, or a bypass graft), add stenoses, and flip to colour-coded anatomy to check what you're looking at.

Angio vs. Anatomy
Angio mimics the fluoroscopy image, showing only the injected artery. Anatomy colour-codes every vessel so you can check which branch is which.
Try this
Start in AP. Swing to LAO 45 and watch the spine slide to the right of the screen. Now add 30° caudal: the spider appears and the diaphragm drops out of view.
Hunt the lesion
Turn on Lesions. Each stenosis looks severe in some views and almost vanishes in others, through foreshortening or overlap. That's why every segment needs two views.
LV gram
Inject the LV gram and pick a wall-motion abnormality. Wall labels appear only for walls seen in profile: compare RAO 30 with LAO 45.
Post-CABG
Choose a graft to inject. Sternal wires, LIMA clips and ostial ring markers appear. The native artery beyond the anastomosis fills from the graft.
